April 1 this Day is not brought in any calendars of significant dates and national holidays, but it successufuly is celebrated both in Russia, Azerbaijan and other post soviet countries, and in Germany, France and even in the East. In one countries on April, 1 name Day of laughter, in others – Day of the fool. But who the first has thought up this holiday? How to play the friends, fellow workers and it is simple passers-by? How to celebrate this Day at school? What draws are most popular: mass, telephone, or computer? And also: a comic all-prize lottery, fun SMS and messages for an answering machine, focuses, gigs from a life, game, competitions, virtual cards and comic scripts by April 1! It is difficult to tell, where this holiday came from. Custom to have fun, joke and deceive each other on April, 1 exists in very many countries. About occurrence of April Fools’ tradition there are many the various hypotheses converging in one: roots of it deeply leave in medieval European carnaval culture. As a matter of fact it is one of the most proof elements of ancient period, settled in Christian consciousness. And weight one attribute origin of this holiday to Ancient Rome, where in the middle of February (and at all in the beginning of April) the holiday of “Silly” was celebrated.

Wikipedia here and there
Whatever I search for in google en.wikipedia.org comes in top results, this new informative website come in my attention recently. This is huge free encyclopedia with144,000,000 internal pages (http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&rls=GGLD,GGLD:2004-40,GGLD:en&q=site:en.wikipedia.org).
What I found out the Wikipedia is open encyclopedia website which edited by anybody who want to. The software was developed by Ward Cunningham in 1995 (Wiki Wiki Web). The idea behind such sites is to create truly communal repositories of knowledge where the contribution cost is so low as to allow novice and expert users alike to act as active members of a community.
In another word Wiki is a kind of website that permit internet users to visit the website to add, remove, or edit all content directly, usually without membership. This easy way makes Wiki to grow up rapidly and to be an effective community and knowledgeble resource.
But my doubt in spam on this kind of website, because if anyone has access to content, then the site can be place of rubbish for some bad people(spammers), even any kind of spam filters woun’t help.
Whether you have any important or unique information in your mind, then the Wiki is a place to post your idea in written form, this would also help you to promote your link along with useful information for people who look for the resource you added.

Let robots submit your website automaticly
Do you know there is software and services available, which will give you an opportunity to automatically submit your page or articles you h to web sites and to newsletters?
Some people send out a dozen or more like this everyday. Is this doing them any good? Well maybe yes, and maybe no. Let’s first examine the different types of web sites that accept free ads, and why.Many web sites that accept free ads, do it purely to collect email addresses, which they can then sell as targeted lists. They don’t really care if your ad is ever seen. In fact, many have a high limit of 300 ads. When the next one is submitted, the oldest is dropped, and the process continues.
With thousands of ads submitted hourly, how long do you think your ad will remain on their site – a minute or two – hardly worth your time. The flip side is you will suddenly find a lot more unsolicited email arriving daily from those who bought your address. If you like receiving unsolicited email, I guess this is good.
Other web sites do care if your ad is seen. So what is their motive? They are trying to build an advertiser base, and hope you will purchase a paid ad from them. Ads submitted to sites like this usually have a life of a week or more, and can be renewed indefinitely. Their goal is to attract people to their site and hope that you do business as a result of your ad.
The first group couldn’t care less if you send them multiple email addresses on a frequent basis – they never see the ads. Their software automatically collects your email address, checks for duplicates, and adds it to their file.
The second group however, and all newsletters published on a regular basis that allow free ads, are a different story. When they receive ads, each one is checked manually. They usually only permit one ad per cycle, and if you submit 7-12 ads a day, you will quickly overwhelm their processing capabilities. To them, this is spamming. Their only recourse is to “fight fire with fire”. What they do is automatically filter out the ads submitted using this type of software. They will never see your ad submissions.
So what does this automatic submission software do for/to you. In the first example, your ads might have a useful life measured in minutes. In the second case your ads are “blocked” from the sites that will produce your best results.
Once you are blocked (depending on how they do it) you may never be able to submit ads to these quality sites again – even if you do it manually. Some block at the email address level. Once an address is blocked, their filters will automatically delete your incoming email, whether it is an ad or not. Maybe automatic submission isn’t the best investment you could make.
Some companies are sending out articles written by “would be authors” for a fee. These articles cover the gamut from Aardvark hunting to Zip Lock Bags and are not targeted at all. Most reputable publishers have a relationship with authors that have been around for awhile, and have grown to trust them. They trust not only the accuracy of their content, but also know that their grammar and spelling are up to par, and they won’t have to do a rewrite of their article. Most publishers simply trash articles received like this, and for the most part it is not a good investment.

Living in building
I’m sick of living in Building (appartment type home), suffer from neighbour on the top, there live lodgers, who don’t care about their appartments condition, young poor students. Sometimes their tubes are broken which spill water down, then I have to referbish some part of my appartment, or they listen loud music at night… I can not find the appartments owner to claim. As far as that goes, I have rights to act legal actions.
I’m thinking of getting property type home, seperate home, to have own roof, walls, yard, no neighbours any more, silent and not nervous. Let’s see… The problem is that private homes cost expsensive, maybe I will buy empty land, and have my home built with own project, would save some money.

Outsourcing sites
Have you ever tried any outsourcing sites a kind of elance.com, scriptlance.com, getfreelancer.com, elance.com?
In my opinion, they come in help more to employers rather than of programmers. The one who look for a cheap outsourcing, these sites are the first stop where they can post their project for bid. (appologize me those who are familar with these systems, my indtoduction concerns people who don’t know.). So after the project submitted, programmers come to bid on for the project, specifing their asking price, working expirience, skills, and delivery time…
Next step is up to employer to select one of bidder, to develop his project. He/She credits some money on balance, what is called “escrow”, and the money get frozen, until the work done.
These “auction” sites become as guarantee key between employer and programmers, in case there is any dispute on project satisfaction.
Imagine, per example the softwares which are coded for about 5.000-10.000USD might be outsourced for 10 times less, by Indians, Pakistanians, Romanians, and other 3rd world countries. Great deal to both sides, but mostly for webmasters who save a lot of money having their projects outsourced by other cheaper programmers.
Why I told it is bloody place to patricapate for new coming, because competition is too high, you will have to survive among other coders who have a lot of reviews and expirience behind their shoulders. The only one chance for beginners to play with bidding, asking less money than others do, and get an attention of stingy employers, who pay more attention on prices than reputation. In this way beginner would win over and over, and become “trusted” coder on one of those websites.

Usually I go to an agreement with new customer without any official contract, another word my business based on a word of mouth and trust.
However some bigger companies require written contract to be signed before developer can start the work, and for this reason I decided to put here one of the examples of standart agreement form:

Employer andWhat shall be known as “Party 2” for this contract:

Background:1. XXX company is of the opinion that Party 2 has the necessary qualifications, experience and abilities to provide services in connection with the business of XXX company.
2. Party 2 is agreeable to providing such services XXX company, on the terms and conditions as set out in this agreement.
IN CONSIDERATION OF the matters described above and of the mutual benefits and obligations set forth in this agreement, the receipt and sufficiency of which consideration is hereby acknowledged, the parties to this agreement are as follows:ENGAGEMENT

NON-PERFORMANCE LIABILITIES
6. The 10% daily decrease from the project fee will be imposed to Party 2 for not performing the requested services in a timely fashion.
ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION
7. Party 2 acknowledges that compensation as provided for this agreement constitutes full monetary compensation for the services performed. Accordingly, there will be no additional compensation.
EXPENSES
8. Party 2 will not be reimbursed for any expenses incurred in connection with providing the services hereunder. The compensation provided is done so in contemplation of any and all expenses that may be incurred by Party 2.
AMENITIES
9. XXX company will not provide any amenities to Party 2.
CONFIDENTIALITY
10. Party 2 acknowledges that a material term of the agreement with XXX company is to keep all confidential information belonging to XXX company absolutely confidential and protect its release to the public and fellow co-workers. Party 2 agrees not to divulge, reveal, report or use, for any purpose, any confidential information which Party 2 has obtained or which was disclosed to Party 2 by XXX company.
11. The obligation to protect the confidentiality of XXX company‘s confidential information will survive the termination of this agreement and will continue indefinitely.
12. Party 2 may disclose any of the confidential information :
a. To a third party where XXX company has consented in writing to such disclosure; and
b. To the extent required by law or by the request or requirement of any judicial, legislative, administrative or other governmental body. However, Party 2 will have first given prompt notice to XXX company of any possible or prospective order (or proceeding pursuant to which any order may result), and Party 2 will have been afforded a reasonable opportunity to prevent or limit any disclosure. 13. This agreement is a personal one, being entered into in reliance upon and in consideration of the personal skill and qualifications of Party 2. Party 2 will not voluntarily or by operation of law assign or otherwise transfer obligations incurred pursuant to the terms of the agreement without the prior written consent of XXX company.
CAPACITY/ INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR
14. It is expressly agreed that Party 2 is acting as an independent contractor and not as an employee in providing the services hereunder. Party 2 and XXX company acknowledge that this agreement does not create a partnership or joint venture between them.
15. Any amendment or modification of this agreement or additional obligation assumed by either party in connection to this agreement will only be binding if evidenced in writing signed by each party or an authorized representative of each party.TIME OF ESSENCE
16. Time will be of the essence of this agreement and every part hereof. No extension or variation of this agreement will operate as a waiver of this provision.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
17. It is agreed that there is no representation, warranty, collateral, agreement or condition affecting this agreement except as expressed in it.
SEVERABILITY
18. In the event that any of the provisions of this agreement are held to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part of, all other provisions will nevertheless will continue to be valid or enforceable with the invalid or unenforceable parts severed from the remainder of this agreement.
CURRENCY
19. Unless otherwise provided for, all monetary amounts referred to herein will be paid in U.S. dollars.
TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT
20. XXX company may terminate this agreement at any time by giving Party 2 30 days written notice. Party 2 may terminate this agreement at any time by giving XXX company 30 days written notice.
21. The obligations of Party 2 under this agreement will terminate upon the earlier of Party 2 ceasing to be engaged by XXX company or Party 2.GOVERNING LAW
22. It is the intention of the parties of this agreement that this agreement and performance under this agreement, and all suits and special proceedings under this agreement, be construed in accordance with and governed, to the exclusion of the law of any other forum, by the laws of the state of North Carolina, without regard to the jurisdiction in which any action or special proceeding may be instituted.
