Because if you are sending the money first time, they require phone confirmation, besides, you should verify with your credit card company after the transaction done, and once you have it verified the transaction really pass thru. I was more concerning in inconvinience services of the Ikobo, since they permit only 3 permament sender, and if you sell products or services this rule stops you to sell to more people.
