However basic website(static html pages) can be more complicated like to having flash elements in it, flash into, and then it appears to be the same valume of work as other database driven websites.

But surfing on the net, I meet different people offer different prices for the same work., Poor customers they can not understand why the same work is done for different prices. Do you think expensive work is more quailty? or cheap price is poorer? In fact I saw people who do nice work for affordable price, everything depends on demands, if designer/developer has many jobs on his/her schedule, then the prices go upper.
